What you will be doing
* Looking after a manageable portfolio and exchanging a targeted number of properties target which our current Sales Progressors are achieving comfortably
* Liaising with vendors, purchasers, solicitors, financial advisors and other estate agents
* Sending out memos, chasing access calls, dealing with surveys & renegotiations, helping clients fill out paperwork, speaking to solicitors, and anything that is required to progress the file to the point of exchange
* Upsell some of our recommended financial services/solicitors and get paid generously for these
* Update and maintain notes for your portfolio, keep clients constantly and fully updated with the progress
* Organising your own daily workflow – we commit to getting our files to exchange as quickly as possible so it’s important keep your plates spinning!
* Dealing with sales all over the country and in Scotland
What you will have
* Sound knowledge and experience being a Conveyancing Assistant / Sales Progressor
* A real passion for the property industry
* Negotiation and Objection Handling skills are desirable
* Proactive approach required
