Role Overview:
The IT department is seeking a talented Voice and Collaboration Manager who enjoys working with a highly motivated and proactive team. The department supports 7,000 users across 900 locations, managing a comprehensive IT infrastructure that delivers various line-of-business systems to staff and officers.
Reporting directly to the Head of IT Infrastructure, you will manage the voice and collaboration team and develop both short and long-term strategies. Your key responsibilities include managing all voice and collaboration systems, such as Microsoft Teams calling, meeting spaces, digital signage, complex audio visual systems, and legacy voice systems like Alcatel VoIP.
