Job Description:
What you will enjoy doing
1. This is an exciting opportunity to manage our customer service function and play a pivotal role in shaping its future. You will recruit, manage, develop, and inspire a high-performing team to ensure the highest level of customer service, while driving continuous improvements and digital transformation in the customer service centre.
2. You will drive local UK improvement ideas and initiatives, collaborating with the EMEA digitalisation team and global Customer Service leads to share and adopt best practices, enabling optimal operation.
3. You will be responsible for forecasting and budgeting operational costs and staffing, as well as managing the property and facilities of the Customer Service Center.
4. This role offers the chance to develop cross-functional teamwork across the organization, working closely with business unit heads to meet service level agreements and maximize the capabilities of our customer service centres.
5. You will lead in maintaining the highest safety standards at our North-West hub and foster a culture aligned with our values.
