Walker & Sloan are recruiting for a Senior Estimator/Surveyor to take ownership of the estimating function for a well-respected contractor.
You'll be:
* Preparing competitive tenders and estimates
* Managing commercial aspects of live projects
* Leading value engineering and cost control
* Mentoring junior team members
You'll bring:
* 8–10 years estimating experience in UK construction
* QS experience highly desirable
* Strong leadership and commercial skills
