Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads Specialist – D2C Pet Supplement E-commerce (US Market)
Role Overview
We are hiring a Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads Specialist to manage and scale paid social campaigns for D2C pet supplement brands in the US market. You will own the ad strategy, analyze performance, and develop clear ideas and plans to scale, working closely with our in-house creative team.
Responsibilities
- Manage and scale Meta Ads accounts spending ($60,000+/month)
- Analyze current performance, identify weaknesses, and propose clear improvement strategies
- Define hypotheses, solutions, KPIs, and testing roadmaps
- Conduct competitor research, customer pain-point research, and angle discovery
- Develop ad concepts and storytelling frameworks (creatives produced by our team)
- Set up, optimize, and scale campaigns (CBO/ABO, funnels, retargeting, testing)
- Monitor performance and communicate results using numbers and logic (not gut feeling)
- Lead and guide a small team of content creators with clear briefs and direction
- Continuously improve CPA, ROAS, and scalability
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads experience
- Proven experience managing mid to high ad spend ($30k–$60k+/month)
- Strong storytelling
- Strong English ad copywriting skills (headlines & descriptions)
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Strong analytical mindset (comfortable discussing performance metrics)
Nice to Have
- E-commerce experience (Shopify preferred)
What You Do NOT Need to Do
- No creative production
- Our in-house content team handles video, images, and editing
→ You provide ideas, angles, hooks, and direction
Pay & Benefits
- Starting salary: $1,500 USD / month
- Immediate increase to $1,800 USD once KPIs are achieved
- Salary continues to increase as performance improves
- Cash bonus = yes (performance-based)
- All paid tools & subscriptions for Meta Ads provided
Schedule & Location
- Minimum 10 hours per week
- Hybrid work (WFH + on-site)
- On-site once per week (2–3 hours)
- Long-term position — we want to grow together as one team
- Office location: Near Phra Khanong BTS
* Preferred to join as a full-time, on-site employee.

- $60,000/month ad spend
- Current CPA: ~$230
- Monthly orders: ~250
Your Targets & KPIs
- Average Selling Price: $100
- Target CPA: $160
- Monthly Sales Target: 350 orders
- Monthly Revenue Target: $35,000
- Goal: Reduce CPA and scale profitably with stronger strategy and creative angles
