Salary: £40,000 Basic + Bonus (OTE £60,000) + Company Car
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30-18:00, with every Saturday 9:00-17:00 (Day off in the week)-40 hours per week

We are currently recruiting for an experienced New Car Sales Manager for our client's main dealer site in the Taunton area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a New Car Sales Manager to join a superb dealer group, a strong brand, working in a busy, state-of-the-art site. We are looking for New Car Sales Managers with a strong track record in used car sales.
New Car Sales Manager Responsibilities:
Working closely with the senior management team.
You will manage the Sales Executive team to a strong sales performance every month.
Driving the sales in the department through processes and training the team to work professionally.
Making sure the team offer strong customer service, working with the team to maximise sales while promoting a strong profit per unit and working closely with the finance team to secure the best deal for the customer.
Controlling the new car stock to make sure you have the right vehicles for your market area.
Making sure all online adverts are done to company & manufacturer guidelines.New Car Sales Manager Requirements:
It’s essential you have experience as a New Car Sales Manager within the motor trade – at least 2 years’ experience within the role.
Good understanding of both new vehicle sales.
Ideally experienced in running a large sales team, highly successful.
