Role & Responsibilities
* Contribute to the delivery of large-scale projects (c. £20m+) from inception to completion
* Assist in managing on-site projects and supporting senior colleagues in delegating to junior team members
* Produce full specifications and develop detailed technical design solutions
* Coordinate with consultants and contribute to the management of project delivery
* Support client engagement, presentations and ongoing relationship management
* Monitor compliance with legal and statutory requirements
* Assist with project finances including fees and profitability tracking
* Share knowledge with junior staff and contribute to wider practice learning
* Support business development and bid submissions where required
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience supporting the delivery of complex projects from design to completion
* Strong technical expertise with Revit and BIM workflows
* Ability to produce and manage detailed specifications and technical packages
* Experience coordinating consultants and contributing within project teams
* Awareness of MMC solutions, net zero carbon design and sustainable approaches
* Knowledge of refurbishment, repair, reuse and deconstruction strategies
* Ability to manage workload across multiple projects and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication skills, able to build rapport with clients and stakeholders
* Knowledge of Dynamo scripting, NBS Chorus and education sector experience (desirable)
* Experience supporting remote outsourced delivery partners (desirable)
