Music Go Round provides lively and inspiring music, movement and singing classes to nurseries in the Midlands.
We are currently looking for 2* energetic, confident* and fun loving teachers to join our team.
1 teacher in Solihull
1 teacher in West/SW Birmingham (Harborne, Edgbaston, Selly Oak).
You will be self-motivated with a vibrant personality, a passion for music with a great singing voice, and love to work with young children.
Leading weekly music classes in nurseries, with all ages from 1-4, you'll be using your teaching experience inspiring the next generation to find their inner musician and learn the joy of singing and music making
Working with existing client nurseries as well as taking the lead in taster sessions to develop new client relationships, you'll be sharing your love of music with more children all the time.
What you'll need:
You'll need a wide range of musical experience and knowledge, including teaching and performing, with a passion for delivering the best sessions that you can with enthusiasm and lots and lots of energy
* A great singing voice and musicianship skills
* A patient and can-do approach to your teaching
* A vibrant personality with bundles of energy
* To live in or within 5 miles of Solihull or in SW Birmingham due to part time nature of role
* A driving licence and your own car
* Flexibility to increase your hours to match increased demand for our classes

What we'll do for you:
You don't need to have done this exact role before. We'll provide:
* £28/hour pay on a part-time sub-contract basis
* Full initial paid training in live classes
* All props and equipment
* All lesson planning
* Regular on-going training and support
* Part time hours to fit with other self-employed roles
* Opportunities to increase your working hours
You'll need to be available initially to work 1 day/week, with the flexibility to increase working hours to match the growing demand for our classes and to suit your preferred timetable. Our teaching days are usually 2 hours in the morning and 1 hour in the afternoon.
