Job Description

3. Coordinate and schedule property repair works, ensuring efficient use of resources.
4. Act as the main point of contact for tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders regarding repair issues.
5. Maintain accurate records of repair requests and completed works within internal systems.
6. Monitor progress on repairs and address any delays or issues promptly.
7. Ensure compliance with organisational policies and health & safety regulations.
8. Work collaboratively with the property team to support broader operational goals.
9. Produce reports and provide updates on repair activities to management.
10. Assist in reviewing and improving repair processes to enhance tenant satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Repairs Coordinator should have:

11. Proven experience in a coordination or administrative role, ideally in the property or not-for-profit sector.
12. Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
13. Excellent communication abilities to liaise with tenants and contractors professionally.
14. Attention to detail for maintaining accurate records and reports.
15. Proficiency in using relevant IT systems and software for tracking repairs.
16. Knowledge of health & safety standards in property management is an advantage.
