Private equity backed highly successful Wholesale company based in Basildon seeking a Finance Business Partner to join and lead on the Commercial side.
A market-leading B2B and B2C wholesaler operating at scale, the business pairs nationwide distribution and technical understanding with a high-volume e-commerce engine. Delivering thousands of products annually, it’s powered by a stocked warehouse, strong supplier network, and an expert team.
Seeking a Management Accountant ready to step up into a senior finance leadership role within 12 – 18 months.
You’ll own the finance function, manage two Accounts Assistants, and work closely with senior leadership to deliver insight, control and commercial value across the business. This role reports to the Commercial Director and sits on the Senior Leadership Team.
The Candidate:
* 2+ years’ experience as a Management Accountant (or similar)
* Studying ACA / ACCA / CIMA
* Energetic, positive and commercially minded
* Enjoys problem solving and challenging the status quo
* Wants to progress to Head of Finance / Financial Controller
