We are looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op. Role Responsibilities:
1. Providing friendly and thoughtful service, responding to queries, promoting Co-op products and Membership, and ensuring a great shopping experience.
2. Supporting colleagues to solve problems for customers and members, making everyone's day better.
3. Ensuring store safety and legality by keeping shelves stocked, and monitoring prices, dates, and temperatures.
4. Introducing new products and services, sharing experiences with colleagues to promote learning.
5. Getting involved in community activities and events.
