A welcoming secondary school in St Albans is seeking an English ECT to join its supportive and well-structured English department from January 2026.
Role Overview
This role offers the opportunity to teach KS3 and KS4 English within a department that places strong emphasis on collaboration, shared planning and consistent assessment. The successful ECT will benefit from guided lesson planning, joint marking, structured observations and a reduced timetable aligned with the Early Career Framework.
