The Graduate Engineer will support an important CSAC project by undertaking research and development activities focused on integrating AI-driven optimisation with digital twin platforms for electronic package design. The role includes developing intelligent models, working with simulation tools, and collaborating with partners.

Reporting to the project lead, the Graduate Engineer will embody the values of collaboration, innovation, and trust.


Responsibilities:

1. Assist in developing AI-driven models to optimise manufacturing process parameters, with a focus on precision and sustainability.
2. Support the integration of AI tools with simulation platforms (e.g., MATLAB, Python, Ansys Electronics Desktop) for digital twin development.
3. Feed data into AI algorithms for process optimization within the project workflow.
4. Collaborate with academic and industrial partners to facilitate knowledge transfer and validate results.
5. Prepare technical reports, publications, and presentations for stakeholders.
6. Participate in disseminating project outcomes through conferences, workshops, and meetings.
7. Ensure project milestones are met within scope, budget, and timeline.
8. Maintain accuracy in data handling and process modelling.
9. Adhere to best practices in technical reporting and presentation.
