The role and what youll be getting up to on a day to day basis: Littlefish are looking for an Intraday and Scheduling Planner to join our growing team. As an Intraday and Scheduling Planner, you will manage the Service Desks Workforce Management System, being responsible for forecasting demand, creating schedules and maintaining these duties. Other key factors of the role include providing real time performance monitoring, short-term staffing advice and support to the Service Desk (SD) management team, as well as ensuring resources are used efficiently and effectively to meet predicted demand. You will also provide the management team with timely, accurate reports on intraday performance and any possible impact. What are we looking for in the successful candidate? Highly competent IT skills with a good working knowledge of the Office 365 applications, Excel, Word, etc Proven ability to produce, interpret and present clear management information Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to negotiate, mediate and resolve conflicts Analytical approach and mindset Confident working with large and complex data sets Strong Mathematical and statistical knowledge Focus on detail and process oriented Ability to manage competing workloads and achieving deadlines What can we offer you?
