Role Title: Technical Project Manager/Director
Duration: contract to run until 28/11/2025
Location: Birmingham, Hybrid 3 days a week onsite
Rate: up to £515.03 p/d Umbrella inside IR35
Role description:
The Technical Project Manager is responsible for managing a large number of deliverables to urgent timescales, working as part of a large programme team.

* Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management, legal counsel, and financial advisors.
* Develop and implement a plan for the separation of the divested business from the parent company.
* Manage the transition of employees, assets, and liabilities to the new owner.

* Financial services experience is very desirable
