Full-time Area Manager North East England
What you will be doing:
In your sales area North East England you are the link between your team, our head office and our concessions partners.
1. You will be responsible for remotely leading and coordinating a team of up to 25 employees.
2. You recruit motivated employees for your team who are the face of beeline in the branches of our concession partners.
3. With your strong communication skills you maintain the relationship with our business partners/ host stores.
4. You optimise turnover, costs and concessions standards. In addition, you drive profitability and visual merchandising standards.
5. You maintain a strategic overview of your area and ensure a smooth process flow.
What we are hoping you will have:
6. You have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Area, District or Regional Manager or in a comparable position, preferably in the fashion sector
7. You have at least 2 years of management experience; you are familiar with hiring, employee interviews and performance management/disciplinaries.
8. You are tech savvy and proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
9. A full & clean driving licence and willingness to travel are required.
10. Optional: you have completed a commercial apprenticeship or have a degree in business administration.
11. You should live in or around Leeds/York.
