HomeServe has an exciting opportunity to join our team in the
Preston office (
PR2 9NZ ) as an
Operations Support Agent .
In this role, you'll take ownership of customer claims and provide dedicated support to ensure an effortless experience that goes beyond expectations. Your focus will be on resolving issues quickly and effectively, using the right tools, processes, and procedures. You'll be the key point of contact for customers, contractors, and third parties, he l ping to coordinate and manage each claim with care and professionalism.

Salary : £2 8,000 per year with opportunities for progression as you develop within HomeServe
Contract : Permanent, Full-time (40 hours per week)
Shift Rotation : 8.5-hour shifts per day (40 hours per week) on a 6-week rolling Rota (including Public Holidays on rotation).
• Monday - Friday between the operating hours of 0800 - 1900
• Sat - Sun between the operating hours of 0900 - 1730
