A global digital solutions company is recruiting for an Operations Team Leader to join their team at Lutterworth (LE17 4XH). The role works Monday to Friday AM shifts (6am-2pm) with free onsite parking, excellent public transport links and a bus stop three minutes' walk away. This is a full‑time temporary position for 6–9 months.

Role overview
As Operations Team Leader you will report into the Operations Manager supervising a team of up to 20 staff in a flagship office environment. You will support large digital transformation projects, converting confidential documents into digital form.
Responsibilities
* Provide direction and supervision to deliver production targets and achieve objectives.
* Coordinate priorities, control workflow and ensure business and client expectations are met.
* Focus on training and mentoring the team, promoting and developing a multi‑skill staff base.
* Complete and maintain all daily and weekly reports and logs for the team/site using KPIs to analyse service delivery performance, identify and implement improvements.
* Manage SOPs and procedures ensuring continuous review and update.
* Research and resolve service issues, implement solutions and investigate and problem‑solve questionable data/reporting.
* Supervise workloads, contribute to setting team targets for the site/region, and manage poor conduct where necessary.
* Support the supervisory team in recruiting suitable high‑calibre, customer‑service‑focused staff.
Qualifications and experience
* Previous experience as an Operations Team Leader, Warehouse Supervisor, Production Supervisor or similar.
* Strong people management skills with a respectful management style; open‑minded and modern way of thinking.
* Experience leading a multi‑skilled team of 20+.
* Excellent IT skills, good knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel, particularly reporting.
* Good knowledge of compliance including GDPR, Data Protection and ISO standards with experience supporting audits.
* Customer‑facing with the ability to interact with all levels.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Must be able and willing to complete enhanced government‑level security clearance checks.
