This is a key leadership role within the organisation, with responsibility for ensuring efficient warehouse operations. You will manage a team of 15-20 and lead the operation through a period of change, including a site relocation. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day warehouse operations managing goods in, inventory management, layout, planning and dispatch. Manage and develop warehouse teams to achieve operational and performance targets. Monitor and maintain inventory planning and accuracy, through effective planning and stock control. Develop and implement warehouse systems to increase efficiency and productivity. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies, through a 'safety-first' approach. Manage the operational team and oversee project planning for the warehouse relocation Person Specification: Proven experience within a warehouse management role, logistics and inventory control. Knowledge of warehouse management systems and continuous improvement methods. Hands-on experience with managing and leading an operational team.
