Location: Civic Centre, TS24 8AY

Contract Duration: 2+ Months
Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 09:00 - 17:00, 37 Hours per week
Pay Rate: £219.47 Per Day

Job Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate individual cases effectively.
* Work closely with families and professionals to support service users.
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
* Provide reports and updates as required.
Person Specifications
Must Have
* Experience in case management or a similar role.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Knowledge of relevant legislation and guidelines.
* Eligible to work in the UK with all necessary checks and clearances.
Nice to Have
* Previous experience working with local government or councils.
* Familiarity with NEPO procedures and documentation.
