We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Engineer to lead support teams based in the UK. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the continuity and security of IT systems across factory locations, while supporting strategic infrastructure growth and operational excellence.
What You'll Bring:
Strong experience in virtualisation, ideally with VMWare technologies
In-depth understanding of Network administration & optimisation - Aruba experience preferred
Experience of IT Governance frameworks & protocols
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support IT teams across multiple factory locations in Europe
Provide hands-on mentorship to regional staff
Implement and refine IT strategies aligned with business goals and security standards
Manage network architecture, security frameworks, and system uptime
Oversee the rollout of new technologies and infrastructure upgrades
