Early Years Practitioners – Newcastle
Are you finishing your Early Years course this summer and ready to begin your career? We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team in Newcastle as Early Years Practitioners.
This opportunity is ideal for those who are about to complete their studies and are eager to take their first steps into the early years sector. While experience in an early years setting is beneficial, what matters most is your passion for supporting young children and helping them thrive in their development.
We offer free CPD training to all successful candidates, including an Introduction to Early Years Certificate. Although this is not a full qualification, it provides a strong foundation in the early years curriculum, planning, and assessment, along with valuable insight into child development.
You will also receive an Introduction to Paediatric First Aid, giving you essential knowledge such as recognising signs of choking and basic first aid awareness.
Typical nursery hours are around 8:00am – 5:00pm. We aim to be flexible where possible and will try to accommodate individual needs, particularly for those transitioning from study into full-time work.
If you are passionate about working with children and excited to begin your career after completing your course, we would love to hear from you.
