Chef De Partie
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Chef De Partie to be part of our group. The starting salary for this position is in excess of £29,000.
As Chef De Partie, you will deliver our menu at the Knockerdown Inn, which is near Carsington Water in Derbyshire.
If you're looking to make your mark and want to achieve a great work-life balance whilst still developing your career, then this will be the role for you.
Our group is expanding and we have several new venues opening soon. We value promoting from within, so we always have opportunities for advancement.
Key duties include
* The development of an innovative food offer in the venue
* Lead, mentor and manage the kitchen team
* Assist the training and development of the kitchen team.
