What to expect As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key part in ensuring our products reach customers in perfect condition. You’ll be fully trained by supportive colleagues who want you to succeed. We work on a 4‑on, 4‑off shift pattern, 12‑hour days and nights, with a cooperative and flexible approach to rota changes to meet customer and business needs.
Your day‑to‑day responsibilities include: Operating a Forklift Truck to support loading and unloading for internal and external customersDispatching and servicing production lines into the ASRS systemUnloading inbound pallets and feeding them into ASRSCase‑pickingPallet rework and quality checks Youll be joining an operation serviced by 4 infeed spurs and 28 outbound live lanes, supporting customers right across the GB network.
