Salary: £48,000 per annum with a potential to earn up to £55,800 through Ofsted and Occupancy bonuses.

We are proud to be opening a brand-new home in Nottingham and are seeking a dynamic and experienced Registered Manager to lead this exciting new service.
Role Overview:
As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management, leadership, and day-to-day operations of our new care home in Nottingham. You will ensure the highest standards of care are maintained, regulatory compliance is met, and a positive, nurturing environment is created for both residents and staff.
What will your responsibilities be?
1. Lead the commissioning and setup of the new care home, ensuring readiness for opening.
2. Register with Ofsted as the Registered Manager.
3. Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing care team.
4. Ensure the delivery of person-centred care that meets individual needs and promotes dignity and independence.
5. Maintain compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
6. Manage budgets, resources, and occupancy levels effectively.
7. Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
8. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in care.
Essential Requirements
9. Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a residential care setting.
10. NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent or a willingness to work towards this
11. Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and standards.
12. Proven leadership and team management skills.
13. Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
14. Passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a positive difference.
Desirable
15. Experience in commissioning or opening a new care home.
16. Knowledge of the Nottingham area and local care landscape.
