The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support students across KS3 and KS4 in lessons
* Work 1:1 and with small groups to support learning and engagement
* Help students stay focused, motivated, and confident
* Support pupils with additional learning or behavioural needs where required
* Work closely with teaching and pastoral staff
* Help maintain a calm and purposeful classroom environment
