We are a growing energy procurement and consultancy business, supporting industrial and commercial clients with energy purchasing, pricing strategy, supplier management, and cost-reduction opportunities.
The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Pricing Manager to lead and develop our pricing function across electricity and gas procurement. You’ll play a key role in shaping pricing strategy, analysing supplier offers, and supporting the commercial team with accurate, competitive pricing solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead pricing across fixed & flexible energy contracts
* Prepare and manage customer pricing submissions
* Analyse supplier offers and build clear comparisons
* Develop pricing strategies aligned to market conditions
* Collaborate with commercial teams to deliver competitive solutions
* Maintain and enhance pricing models and tools (Excel)
* Support tenders, renewals, and bespoke procurement projects
* Provide technical pricing guidance across the business
What We’re Looking For
* 5+ years’ experience in the energy industry
* Strong background in energy procurement pricing
* Experience with fixed & flexible contracts
* Advanced Excel skills (modelling, analysis, large datasets)
* Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
Desirable
* Experience in energy consultancy, broker, or supplier environment
* Knowledge of non-commodity costs and market drivers
* Experience supporting tenders and client-facing pricing
* Familiarity with CRM/reporting tools or pricing platforms
