As they continue to grow, they’re looking for a talented Bid Executive to help us win new business and drive continued success. The Role This is a key role within the commercial team. You’ll be working closely with stakeholders across the business to coordinate, craft, and deliver compelling bids and proposals. Whether it’s writing first drafts, managing bid timelines, or ensuring submissions are polished and timely, your contribution will directly impact our growth journey. Reporting to the Bid Manager, you’ll take ownership of the full bid lifecycle for specified contracts and play a central role in building out their bid library, refining their processes, and improving the quality and consistency of every submission. What You’ll Be Doing: Leading the bid process from start to finish for assigned opportunities Drafting and coordinating responses to PQQs, EOIs, and formal tenders Managing key stakeholder relationships to ensure timely and high-quality submissions Hosting kick-off meetings and tracking progress across teams Maintaining and developing a central bid library and response templates Monitoring procurement portals and tracking opportunities Supporting bid/no-bid decisions and contributing to risk assessments Assisting with presentations and customer meetings post-submission Working cross-functionally with departments including sales, legal, and technical teams Leading framework reporting and contributing to bid strategy development What We’re Looking For: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a bid/tendering role Excellent written English, with a talent for persuasive and clear communication Commercially savvy – you understand pricing models and profitability Confident engaging with a range of stakeholders, including senior leaders Highly organised, with an eye for detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines Strong IT skills, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint What's on offer?
