Job Description
IntSol Care Personnel are working with a well-established, values-led health and social care provider with a strong and growing presence across the South of England. Known for their consistently Good to Outstanding Ofsted ratings, they deliver high-quality care for children with complex emotional and behavioural needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home in line with the Childrens Homes (England) Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards.
* Deliver high-quality, child-focused care that promotes stability and positive long-term outcomes.
* Supervise, mentor and develop residential support staff, ensuring strong team culture and high standards of practice.
* Oversee completion of key paperwork, care plans, and records to a consistently high standard.
* Promote safeguarding and embed safe working practices throughout the home.
* Support with rota planning, recruitment, staff development and performance management.
* Contribute to the homes continuous improvement and prepare for Ofsted inspections, audits, and reviews.
* Build strong working relationships with children, families, local authorities and external partners.
* Provide shift cover where needed and participate in the on-call rota.
Requirements:
1. NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (...
