We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist with at least 2 years of experience in technical troubleshooting and support. The ideal candidate is naturally curious, technically inclined, and possesses strong people skills. This role requires hands-on work with network setups, POS systems, and internet configurations, along with occasional travel and after-hours support.
Obowiązki
1. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers.
2. Set up and configure internet connections, home mesh networks, and POS systems.
3. Assist users with hardware and software issues remotely and on-site.
4. Maintain clear and professional communication with clients.
5. Document issues, solutions, and recurring technical problems.
6. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
7. Occasionally travel for on-site support and be available for after-hours work.
Wymagania
* Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, networking, or troubleshooting.
* Business proficiency in English.
* Experience with network setup, home mesh networks, and POS system configurations.
* Strong people skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
* Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when needed.
Dodatkowe atuty
* Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar.
* Experience in e-commerce or retail POS support.
* Basic knowledge of any programming language.
