Salary: £34,329 - £38,754
As our IT Hardware Analyst, you’ll be the expert in ensuring the availability of hardware components, delivering a first‑class service, minimising disruptions and exposing root causes of incidents.
You’ll handle complex incidents and escalations, resolving and identifying.
Responsibilities
* Supporting changes to service, configuration and organisational change.
* Carrying out the daily management of force hardware
* Facilitating office moves, changes, events and operational incidents.
You must have
* Experience of investigating and managing hardware and associated software incidents.
* Experience of conducting hardware life cycle and configuration management.
* Have continual service improvement skills, exploring opportunities for automation of processes.
