Job Overview
We are seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the legal aspects of property transactions, ensuring that all processes are conducted smoothly and efficiently. This position requires an understanding of property law and an understanding of AML regulations.
We also offer a clear and structured career progression pathway for Trainee Conveyancers, starting with administrative and client support tasks gradually building the skills to manage your own caseload.
Duties
- Managing a varied caseload with emphasis on providing an enhanced and seamless client journey supported by admin staff.
- Prepare and review legal documents, providing expert advice to clients.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction to provide updates.
Skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
- Proficient understanding and knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective client interaction.
- Proficient in using conveyancing software.
