As our client base continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced and motivated Event Marketing Executive to join our team and take the lead on campaign delivery.
Job Purpose:
The Event Marketing Executive plays a key role in delivering high-quality, multi-channel campaigns for our clients. This is a multidisciplinary role reporting to a Marketing Manager that requires exceptional attention to detail, the ability to work at a fast pace, strong digital marketing skills, and excellent communication skills.
You will be responsible for ensuring all work is delivered to a high standard and on time, and working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly and meet performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Delivery
* Assist with the planning, execution, and optimisation of marketing campaigns for a portfolio of events
* Adhere to campaign timelines, ensuring activity is delivered on schedule and to a high standard
* Deliver single- and multi-channel campaigns across digital, email, social media, and content
Email & Social Media Marketing
* Plan, schedule, and deliver email campaigns using a range of platforms
* Lead on social media planning and scheduling, creating engaging and brand-aligned content
* Monitor engagement and performance, adjusting strategies where needed
Reporting & Analysis
* Assist with the production of post-campaign reports, analysing performance data and providing actionable insights
* Monitor KPIs throughout campaigns, suggesting improvements to drive better results
Media & Partner Marketing
* Manage media partnerships, including planning, briefing, and reporting on media partner activity
* Support wider campaign elements such as PR, telemarketing, and video where required
Event & Onsite Support
* Attend client events and provide on-site marketing support as needed, ensuring smooth campaign execution
Team Collaboration
* Work closely with the teams across the agency to ensure alignment on campaign goals
Desired Skills & Experience:
* Proven marketing experience, ideally in the events sector
* Strong digital marketing skills (social media, email, content creation)
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Experience managing client relationships or working in a client-facing role
* Highly organised with strong project and time management skills
* Analytical mindset with confidence interpreting data and reporting
* Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Essential Qualifications:
* Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Events, English, or related subject preferred
* Proficiency in common marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp, Hubspot, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, etc.)
Working Environment:
This is an office-based role located at The China Works, SE1 7SJ – just 10 minutes from Vauxhall station and 20 minutes from Waterloo.
Working hours are Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:30 (37.5 hours per week).
You will receive 20 days of holiday per year, plus statutory bank holidays, and an additional day off on your birthday.

Salary:
* Circa £27k - dependent on experience (SME positions also available at an increased salary if you have 2 years' experience as an ME in a conference or exhibitions business). Please specify when applying.
