The Role
We are seeking a Litigation Solicitor to join the team and work on a variety of commercial and civil disputes. You will:
* Advise and represent clients in commercial, corporate, and civil litigation matters
* Draft and manage pleadings, witness statements, and legal submissions
* Conduct legal research and provide strategic guidance to clients
* Attend mediations, hearings, and trials as appropriate
* Work closely with partners on high-profile and complex matters
* Contribute to succession planning and growth initiatives, with clear opportunities for progression
About You
* Be a qualified solicitor (NQ – 5+ PQE) with experience in commercial or civil litigation
* Possess strong technical knowledge, with the ability to manage cases independently
* Demonstrate excellent client care, communication, and relationship-building skills
* Thrive in a collaborative, open-plan environment, sharing ideas and supporting colleagues
