The Role
We’re looking for a passionate and resilient Primary SEN Teacher who can spark curiosity, build confidence, and deliver tailored learning experiences that make a real difference. You’ll work with small groups and 1:1, supported by experienced TAs and a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver differentiated lessons aligned with EHCPs
* Foster emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour through therapeutic approaches
* Collaborate with families, therapists, and support staff
* Use creative strategies—storytelling, outdoor learning, sensory play—to engage pupils
* Track progress and celebrate every milestone, big or small
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in primary or SEN settings
* A warm, empathetic approach and strong communication skills
* Knowledge of SEND frameworks and inclusive teaching strategies
* A growth mindset and commitment to professional development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
