We are offering a realistic OTE of up to £55,000, depending on experience Let's talk about the role, it involves: Taking ownership of the Property Management function, leading performance, culture and overall direction Setting and delivering KPIs across retention, renewals, rent reviews and income Monitoring performance through data and MI, identifying opportunities to drive improvement Leading and developing Team Leaders, Property Managers and Inspectors, supporting progression and high standards Acting as the escalation point for complex issues, complaints and key client relationships Driving growth through improved retention, customer experience and portfolio opportunities Providing clear reporting, insight and direction to senior leadership We're not just looking for someone who fits our team; we want to be a good fit for you too!
