Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President-Presales Solution Architect.
This role involves understanding our products and offerings, assessing customer needs, creating compelling solutions, conducting demos, and addressing technical questions. Your ability to analyze customer requirements and tailor solutions will be key to success.
Responsibilities:
1. Understand our products and offerings to effectively identify customer needs and pain points, and architect end-to-end software solutions considering the clients existing technology landscape.
2. Create compelling narratives that address customer issues using your technical knowledge and our product expertise.
3. Deliver tailored product demonstrations showcasing functionality and value.
4. Collaborate with sales, product development, and customer success teams for seamless communication and alignment.
5. Support RFP and RFI responses by leveraging your technical expertise and product knowledge, preparing comprehensive responses that demonstrate our solutions suitability.
6. Estimate effort for implementing and delivering customized solutions.
7. Contribute to the creation and updating of sales and marketing materials with technical insights.
8. Provide feedback on product enhancements based on customer insights.
9. Stay updated on industry trends to enhance your technical knowledge.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
* Experience with Microsoft Azure or Power Platform is a plus.
* Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, solution architecture, and design principles.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
* Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
* Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
* Experience in client-facing roles with excellent client management skills.
* Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
* Experience with cloud technologies like Azure or AWS.
* Experience with BPM/Workflow tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Appian, Nintex, IBM).
