The Vacancy Role & Responsibilities Strategic support Support the delivery of community and social impact initiatives and the wider Sustainability strategy across the Firm Operational / programme delivery Manage local charity partnerships across the UK, and specifically for London and Belfast offices, including facilitating fundraising activities and supporting office charity committees Co-ordinate specific community initiatives on behalf of the Firm, including the current children's literacy programmes across the UK (and recruit and oversee volunteers) Organise in-person, hybrid, and virtual events with charity partners locally and internationally Support international offices with best practice guidance on how to deliver community programmes Manage the administration of community projects Assist with responses to questionnaires from clients, suppliers, and benchmarking entities Stakeholder engagement, content / communication, data management and reporting Write copy for internal and external audiences (including intranet, website, reports, social media, etc) Lead the community and pro bono-related content creation for the internal website (intranet), including visual assets Support with quantitative and qualitative data collection across philanthropy, volunteering, and other impact initiatives Work with Early Careers (or other HR teams) to integrate Sustainability insights into relevant programmes Facilitate and support staff engagement and education projects across Sustainability, including running campaigns Key Skills and Experiences: Demonstrable experience (1-3 years) working with civil society groups (not-for-profit organisations) or in a sustainability / responsible business role Proven communication skills copy-writing and creative content production (e.g. experience using Canva) Comfortable public speaking Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines High attention to detail Ability to work with individuals at all levels, both externally and internally Proficient in Microsoft Office Comfortable working independently (taking initiative) and as part of a small team Willingness to learn Who are we looking for?
