Labour Resource & Contractor Manager \n£45,000 - £50,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits \nBirmingham \n\nAbout time for a proper leadership role?\n This business is growing fast, and we need someone who knows how to take control of a contractor workforce, keep jobs moving, and build a supply chain that actually works. This isn’t about shifting materials — it’s about managing people, performance, and making sure they’ve always got the right trades on site, on time, doing the job right.\n You’ll lead the charge on contractor recruitment, allocation, and performance across the UK and Ireland, making sure every job is covered, and every tradesperson is up to standard. You’ll work closely with project managers, oversee a small internal team, and be the go-to for everything labour and contractor related.\n \n Why you’ll want this job:\n \nReal ownership.

You’ll be managing a team and a national network of contractors. \nCommercially switched on. You’ll manage costs, margins, and quality.
