This is an excellent opportunity for a client-facing PM to work on high-profile fit-out projects within a dynamic and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage the delivery of office fit-out projects from inception through to completion. Act as Project Manager / Employer's Agent (EA) on projects, ensuring all contractual obligations are met under JCT Design & Build contracts. Lead client meetings, providing clear, professional advice and updates throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate and manage design teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Produce and manage project programmes, cost plans, risk registers, and regular progress reports. Key Requirements: Proven experience managing office fit-out projects, ideally within a consultancy or client-side environment. Strong client-facing project management skills, with a professional and confident approach in stakeholder meetings.
