Responsibilities
1. Implement infrastructure designs across physical and virtual platforms.
2. Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot core infrastructure services (servers, storage, networking, cloud environments).
3. Ensure security and compliance of infrastructure components in line with assurance requirements and governance.
4. Support patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management of infrastructure systems.
5. Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues to maintain service availability.
6. Work collaboratively with other engineers and technical teams to deliver integrated solutions.
7. Document configurations, processes, and support procedures for operational use.
8. Contribute to capacity planning, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies.
Required Skills & Experience
9. Proven experience in infrastructure engineering within enterprise or secure environments.
10. Strong knowledge of networking, server administration (Windows/Linux), and virtualization technologies.
11. Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or similar) and hybrid infrastructure models.
12. Experience working with security and assurance frameworks.
13. Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple infrastructure domains.
14. Effective communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
