We are looking for a dynamic and experienced IT Manager to lead our digital infrastructure, cybersecurity, and user support services. This is a strategic and hands-on role, responsible for maintaining a modern, secure, and resilient IT environment that underpins learning, teaching, and college operations. What you will do? This is a key leadership role where you’ll: Oversee a skilled IT and innovation team, providing strong direction and people-focused service delivery Manage and develop cloud-based and on-premises infrastructure (e.g. Azure, SaaS, hybrid environments) Embed a Zero Trust cybersecurity model and ensure compliance with Cyber Essentials and ISO27001 Lead on IT-related policy, business continuity planning, and accessibility Work closely with curriculum and support teams to promote digital inclusion and enhance the student experience You will have proven experience of managing IT services in a complex setting (preferably education), a strong technical understanding across infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity, a track record of GDPR compliance, excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills, and a collaborative and inclusive leadership style.
