A Pathway into Early Years Education
Are you passionate about working with young children and eager to begin a career that makes a difference? Whether you're entering the workforce or seeking a fresh, impactful career path, this apprenticeship offers a hands-on, supported way into the Early Years sector.
Through a mix of on-the-job experience at Bligh and online blended learning with LMP Group, you'll gain essential knowledge and skills while working toward a nationally recognised qualification. Depending on your starting point, you'll be supported to achieve either the Level 2 Early Years Practitioner or the Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship. The programme covers child development (birth–5 years), safeguarding, communication, health and wellbeing, play-based learning, transitions, equality, diversity, and SEND awareness.

* Assist with observation, assessment, and record-keeping, working closely with experienced early years staff
* Support daily routines—meals, self-care, transitions—creating a nurturing and secure setting
* Develop your understanding of safeguarding, risk minimisation, and emotional wellbeing
By the end of the apprenticeship, you'll be qualified to work at ratios as an Early Years Practitioner (Level 2) or Early Years Educator (Level 3), and be well-positioned to progress into a permanent early years role or further qualifications.
Who You Are:
You will be:
* Passionate about supporting young children's learning and growth
* Reliable, proactive, and excited to learn through a mix of practice and study
