We are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team based at Millbrook Court, Bangor. This is a great opportunity to join a world leading facilities management company.
Working Pattern
* 30 Hours Per Week
* 4 out of 7 Working days
* 7:30am – 3pm
* Every other weekend off

The Role
* Contract Auditing – (Carry out Quality Audits as per schedule and per company policy)
* Client Contact – (Meet with Clients as per schedule)
* Assisting with Payroll when needed
* Check Staff Uniforms
* Assisting the operations manager with Induction Training – (All new starts and staff moving sites must get induction training as per induction training list)
* Ensuring all members of staff are completing their roles to the best of their abilities including checking each of their areas on an ad‑hoc basis
* Ensuring all areas are fully stocked such as toilet role dispensers, soap dispensers.
* Keeping own store area clean, tidy, colour coded and up to spec.

* Comply with all Health, Safety & Hygiene standards
* Comply with all HACCP regulations as necessary
* Full compliance with COSHH and colour coding.
* Ensure all clothing, including footwear and personal hygiene is of the highest standards in accordance with company guidelines at all times.
* Daily Staff Management
The Person
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Strong attention to detail
* NVQ/SVQ Level One in Cleaning Building Interiors would be an advantage but not essential
* Previous work experience in customer service employment
