As a sector-leading consultancy, we're known for our outstanding customer service and hands-on approach. We're now looking for a professional, proactive Administrator to join our Billing & Metering team.
This is a fast-paced but rewarding role in a supportive, collaborative office environment—ideal for someone who enjoys working across teams and playing a key role in the customer journey behind the scenes.
About the Role
The purpose of this role is to ensure the timely and accurate processing of value-added service agreements (such as telecoms, broadband, EPOS, and merchant services), while providing first-class client engagement and technical troubleshooting support. You will also contribute to the wider sales support function, helping the sales team deliver exceptional service to our pub-company and hospitality clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Process all value-added service agreements with accuracy and within agreed timeframes.
* Act as the first point of contact for client queries, providing updates, troubleshooting, and escalation where necessary.
* Manage inbound and outbound communications with professionalism, ensuring clients are kept fully informed.
* Support the sales team by maintaining trackers, reports, and CRM records.
* Circulate key partner activity reports and ensure timely updates to sales leadership and consultants.
* Manage shared inboxes, ensuring all inbound enquiries are acknowledged and resolved within agreed SLAs.
* Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, demos, and partner engagement activities.
