What You’ll Do
Build sophisticated event‑driven microservices that unlock financial inclusion. Own end‑to‑end solutions – from architecture decisions to production monitoring – and combine cutting‑edge .NET development with purpose‑driven engineering.
Technical Environment
* Modern C# stack: predominantly C# against the latest .NET.
* Microservices & Cloud: Hosted on Azure using Kubernetes.
* Event‑Driven Architecture: Continuously evolving toward a completely decoupled, event‑driven design.
* Mixed Environment: Legacy services and greenfield microservices coexist.
Your On‑boarding Journey
Participate in our Internal Engineering Bootcamp – an immersive onboarding experience with our staff engineering group. Deep‑dive into our event‑driven architecture, engineering practices and our approach to building systems at scale.
Engineering Approach
* High quality output.

What You Need
Comfortable owning the entire software stack, including supporting infrastructure, throughout the entire software lifecycle – from inception through production to decommissioning under a DevOps culture. Value continuous delivery constraints, testing and observability as first‑order concerns in development.

* Strong grasp of C#/.NET development.
* Experience with event‑driven systems.
* Microservices architecture experience.
