Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all operational aspects of projects from inception to completion, including briefs, PPMs, scheduling, resource allocation, timeline estimation, cost tracking, post production and final delivery.
* Serve as the project lead, proactively identifying and resolving obstacles to ensure smooth production workflows.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external teams while managing multiple projects with competing priorities.
* Lead project-related meetings (kickoffs, status updates, internal reviews, etc.) to align stakeholders and ensure clear action plans.
* Analyze and refine project requirements, even in ambiguous situations, continuously optimizing processes and workflows.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to ensure all produced assets comply with legal and contractual guidelines.
* Provide ongoing feedback to creative teams, helping prioritize tasks and maintain alignment with milestones and deadlines.
* Bring experience in managing and delivering high volumes of visual assets to external partners efficiently and effectively.
