Role Overview
Auxilium People are representing a prominent groundworks contractor seeking an experienced Site Manager. The ideal candidate will have extensive groundwork experience and a proven track record in managing large-scale projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage all on-site activities related to groundwork.
* Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
* Coordinate and supervise site staff and subcontractors.
* Monitor health and safety compliance and implement best practices.
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Site Manager in the groundworks sector.
* Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Relevant qualifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS card)
