Job Description
What you'll do
The Shared OSS Technical Delivery Lead is responsible for leading the technical delivery of transformation projects within the shared OSS domain, coordinating stakeholders across different teams and partner organisations. This role ensures project plans are aligned to the wider company’s objectives, and delivery teams operate with clear objectives and milestones. The management of inbound demand from external partners is a key responsibility, as is maintaining strong relationships with these partners to ensure delivery performance, governing contractual alignment, and the realisation of business value. The role collaborates closely with cross‑functional teams to support the successful delivery of Network initiatives. Effective management of senior stakeholders and coordination of internal and external communications is required, ensuring transparency, alignment, and the successful delivery of strategic objectives. The role ensures efficient financial management and planning, and manages critical relationships with vendors and external partners to ensure delivery excellence and contractual compliance.
Qualifications
Who are you
* Ability to establish and maintain comprehensive project artefacts.
* Credible and effective communicator and influencer, able to work with stakeholders to agree, prioritise and drive forward a wide range of requirements.
* Demonstratable experience in managing technical projects, coordinating stakeholders across different teams and partner organisations.
* Strong understanding of OSS and IT technology, and good understanding of mobile network architecture and relevant processes in network design, deployment and operations.
* PRINCE2 Practitioner Certified – or equivalent
