Position: Lobby Ambassador
Location: 9 Millbank, London, SW1P 3AN
Working Hours: 4 days on, 4 days off 08:00–20:00
Salary: £30,000 per annum

Development Details: This role is based at 9 Millbank, an exclusive riverside residential development comprising 201 Grade II listed homes in Westminster, with facilities including a pool, spa, gym, cinema, and 24-hour concierge.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide a warm, friendly and proactive service to residents, guests and visitors.
* Support residents with a wide variety of day-to-day requests, offering practical help and solutions.
* Demonstrate initiative and composure in challenging situations; handle onsite emergencies where appropriate.
* Be flexible, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
* Cover the concierge desk when required, handling calls, access control and basic administrative tasks.
* Follow building procedures and health & safety guidelines, reporting any issues promptly.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Previous customer service or front-of-house experience is preferred.
* Ability to work 4 days on, 4 days off, 08:00–20:00 schedule.
* Ability to work at a high-visibility, luxury development and represent the brand professionally.
* Capability to work as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues to deliver excellent service.
* Eligibility to work in the UK without restrictions (documentation required).
